Directed the entire content strategy, website structure and copywriting for ProductHQ, a product management tool for product managers to develop better products. I took an in-depth approach to this project, interviewing key team members and exploring the tool myself to get a grasp of the product.
A rewritten home page to simply and concisely capture Selbourne's USPs as a market research advisory service. I helped convince PSPs (Payment Service Providers) to request a consultation by emphasising the potential of smart data to redefine their strategies and open up new opportunities in their financial niches.
A simple, ‘human’ home page that succinctly communicates the benefits of Techible's tech support in a jargon-free manner. Create a rapport with prospects with a friendly, relatable tone. Convince prospects to use the service by focusing on Techible's simplified, zero-hassle work process.
From their projects page to their 'about' page, I wrote copy that captured Full Bundle's unique brand identity and simultaneously engaged small businesses with a fun, quirky tone. Their website is award-winning, and has appeared on Hubspot, among other prominent blogs and websites.
